Mortgage Calculator
When you’re hoping to buy, it’s critical that you have a good understanding of what you can afford. In addition to a monthly mortgage payment, be sure to calculate what your total monthly expenses are. Don’t forget to include additional large expenses like assessments, insurance, taxes and savings.
City, County, and State Resources
City, county, and state regulations, taxes, and resources are often the stumbling point for sales or purchases. I hope these links help make some of those issues a bit easier to deal with. And remember, if in doubt, give me a shout!
